Beyond the Campus: Supporting ASML at Silicon Valley Pride

For years, ASML has partnered with NC3, having us primarily support their national diversity conferences, campus recruiting programs, and other Early Talent events.
Silicon Valley Pride is a different kind of assignment. 
 
Working instead with a dedicated employee group, this event takes NC3 out of the campus environment and into a major community event. Several years ago, ASML asked NC3 to provide onsite support for its booth at the Silicon Valley Pride Festival & Parade. We were excited to say “yes” – and ASML has continued entrusting us with the event ever since.

One Rep. Every Step.

On August 30, NC3 returned to San Jose to support ASML at the 2026 festival. For this event, one dedicated NC3 team member managed the entire onsite experience:
  • Handled inbound logistics by coordinating and picking up the event shipments at the hotel.
  • Built and styled the booth from the ground up.
  • Staffed the booth throughout the day, keeping the space organized, restocking giveaways, and ensuring everything was ready for attendees.
  • Broke down the booth at the end of the event.
  • Managed outbound shipping prep by consolidating boxes, applying new labels, and loading the materials for transport.

From setup and staffing to breakdown and return shipping prep, a single NC3 representative drove the onsite execution. A seamless process and dependable support from someone who understood the activation and saw it through to completion.

Our work is not limited to recruiting events, college campuses, or a single department within a client’s organization. When a client asks us to step into something new, we can adapt our approach, manage the details, and deliver the same reliable support.

Silicon Valley Pride is one illustration of the range of support NC3 can provide. It also gives us the opportunity to support an event that brings companies, employees, and the wider community together – something we’re thankful to be part of.

For ASML, our partnership has grown from conferences and Early Talent programs to include community events like Silicon Valley Pride. That continued trust means a great deal to us.
