What is Stars by NC3?

Since 1996 NC3 has been supporting the campus hiring process for a growing list of global corporations and EMC Corporation was one of our first clients. Cindy Gallerani led the Global University relations program at EMC for much of that time. In 2015 Cindy, along with Sam and Jeff Iserson, met to discuss the challenges facing students looking for internships and full time jobs while in college. As parents of teens, it was hard to rationalize the enormous costs associated with a four year degree, in light of how difficult it was for students to “get a job’, let alone begin a career. Stars by NC3 is a result of that meeting and the belief that students just need the proper individual guidance, training and self-reflection to recognize and achieve their career aspirations.
